Just wanted to make sure you guys knew we were still alive still kicking, going to upload the chapter 4 segment directly after this post. We are also doing a lot of other shit right now that should be seen soon:
A New Book Project
Me and Mason have been talking and laughing about this project for about half a year now, it’s not gonna be a comic book, so it shouldn’t take long to release, but the only reason I’m talking about it is because I’m writing some outline stuff right now. I can’t give you guys a date, mostly because Mason will be doing some illustrations for it so it might take a while before you guys see it.
A Motion Comic Dub Of Just A Reaper
That’s right! We are doing a motion comic dub of the entire volume of Just A Reaper starting with the first 3 chapters. Currently, the Cast is:
Mason as Eric and Greg, and Me as T and Satan. We’ll find some more people if we want to, but for now, that’s what we got. It’s going to be good probably. Mason is doing the edit and stuff, and it’ll be seen on his channel, so check it out here
A Motion Comic Dub Of Mason’s “Purgatory Academy”
I will be voicing the main character Travis, I am familiar with acting and voice acting but rusty as Hell, so hopefully it sounds good. Mason is a pretty energetic guy so he sounds pretty good on most stuff. Make sure to look out for that.
Just A Reaper Presents: Three’s Company (Compilation book)
I am currently working on a compilation book of the first 3 chapters of Just A Reaper. It was supposed to be done when Chapter 3 was released, but Amazon denied the book 3 times on some bullshit, and I wanted to try working on a new cover and adding more activities to it. But my plan with this is not necessarily to sell it, but to give it for free for (x) amount of time. I want to give people a chance to like us for no cost, so that we aren’t just building hit-or-miss customers, but people who genuinely like our shit and want to keep coming back. With that being said, I’m going to place copies of Just A Reaper everywhere I can. So if you see a copy of Three’s Company, it’s free and for the taking. Me and Mason believe the content is there, but the marketing isn’t up to our standards right now. And that’s the plan for 2025 to execute more marketing and make more partners in this comic game. Speaking of partners:
We Got Banned From Barnes and Noble lmao.
Apparently, with no email or anything, we got removed from the Barnes and Noble website. It’s not like we were getting a bunch of cash from there so we aren’t pressed about it. But, might as well mention it here so you guys know it’s all on Amazon from now on. Maybe one day we’ll get back on there…
Chapter 4 Title: The Get Back
This isn’t really an update, but the title of Chapter 4 will be The Get Back, Mason has been working fast on it, so we might see the full chapter by the end of the year or the beginning of next year (No Promises). After that there will be two chapters left before the volume is complete I don’t have names for that yet, but I’m debating on calling Chapter 5: Ego Death and Chapter 6: Just A Reaper. So if you see those two titles I liked them enough to keep them.
Anyway, we also want to touch some more conventions, we made plans to go to DreamCon 2024, but we’re gonna plan out going to DreamCon 2025 instead. Mason is making an effort to travel a lot more anyway, so you may see him at some conventions conspicuously selling copies of Just A Reaper. Maybe. See you guys for the next update! All love.
